DoShare Personal Cloud

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoShare Personal Cloud service ("Service") provided by Mutatech Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The "Lifetime Plan" refers to a one-time paid plan that grants access to the Service for as long as the Service, product line, or platform remains commercially available and operational, at the Company's discretion. The term "Lifetime" applies to the lifetime of the Service — not the lifetime of the user or the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, or limit the Service at any time.

The Lifetime Plan may be offered in limited quantity and is subject to withdrawal at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to infrastructure cost, inventory capacity, business strategy, or abuse of usage. The Company may suspend the ability to purchase or transfer this plan at its sole discretion.

The Lifetime Plan is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for business, enterprise, or organizational storage, host public services, resell storage, or share accounts with external groups. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of Service without refund; notice will be provided by email.

Storage and usage are subject to Fair Use guidelines. If usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or harmful to system performance, the Company may limit bandwidth, request data reduction, reduce available storage capacity, or suspend/terminate access.

If the user exceeds the included storage or bandwidth allocation and has opted into Pay-As-You-Go, additional usage will be billed at the published rates. Failure to pay outstanding charges may result in account restriction or termination. If Pay-As-You-Go is not enabled, uploads may be restricted once limits are reached.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, illegal or prohibited content is stored, harmful usage is detected, or service continuation becomes commercially non-viable. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Notification will be sent to the registered email address.

Users are fully responsible for the content they store. The Company does not monitor user files unless required by law, regulation, or abuse investigation. The Company is not liable for data loss, corruption, interruption, or access limitations. Users are encouraged to maintain separate external backups of important data.

The Company provides the Service "as-is" and "as available". All warranties, whether expressed or implied, expire 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. After 1 year from the purchase date, the Company assumes no liability for service interruptions, shutdowns, discontinuation, feature reductions, data loss, account deletion, inability to access data, performance issues, or any direct or indirect damages. Continued use beyond 1 year is at the user's own risk and discretion.

The Company may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed under the legal jurisdiction in which Mutatech Private Limited is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
